What happens in each case?
Most changes need nothing from you, because the flight is tracked. Only a cancellation or a switch to another flight needs a message from you, since the flight number changes.

What if the flight is diverted to another airport?
Call or WhatsApp us as soon as you know. If you then travel to Ahmedabad on a later flight, send the new flight number; if you land at another city and want us to collect you there, we quote the trip before the car leaves.
Charges apply only once a car has left the garage for your pickup, so letting us know early keeps costs down.
What if your departure flight is rescheduled?
Send us the new departure time and we move the pickup so you still reach the terminal with time for check-in. If it moves by a day, we rebook the car for the new date.
