What should the host arrange before the visitor flies?
Send us the visitor's name as it appears on the passport, their flight number and date, a phone number that will work in India if they have one, and the drop address. We send the driver's details to you and the visitor.
- Name board: ask for one; a first-time visitor finds the car without making calls.
- Local SIM: if the visitor's phone may not work on arrival, rely on the name board and give us your number as the host.
- Luggage: tell us how many large bags, so we send a car with enough space.
Where do international visitors usually go from the airport?
Business visitors usually go to hotels, offices or plants: the industrial area around Becharaji, Hansalpur and the MBSIR zone is about 110 km away. Family visitors go home across Gujarat, and some continue to temples and tourist sites.

Yes. Visitors can book a car with a driver for a full day, for several days of meetings and site visits, or for a tour. The same rates apply, and companies can have all trips on one invoice.
