What our airport service covers
Pickup or drop at SVPI for any address in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, or as the start of an outstation trip. We track your flight, so a delay does not change your pickup time. This is the same team and the same per-kilometre rate we have run for 8+ years, now available directly from the airport.

Tolls, parking and state tax are extra at actual cost. Driver allowance is ₹300/day on outstation trips, and night travel (10 PM to 6 AM) is 20% extra. The first 30 minutes of waiting are free, then ₹100/hour. No advance payment is needed: pay by cash or UPI. Booking in advance gets a 10% discount. Free cancellation up to 8 hours before pickup.
Going one way only? Ask for a one way taxi fare and save 40–50% over a return trip.
Meet & greet at arrivals
Your driver waits at the arrivals gate with a name board. We confirm your flight number when you book so we can adjust for early or delayed landings. If you are travelling with elderly parents or small children, mention it when you book and we plan a car with easier access and enough boot space for extra bags and equipment.
How to book an airport transfer
Call or WhatsApp us with your flight number, arrival or departure time, and pickup or drop address. We confirm the car, fare and driver contact before the day of travel, so you are not arranging anything last minute at the terminal. Payment is by cash or UPI directly to the driver, with no advance needed, and booking a few days ahead of a busy travel date gets you a 10% discount.
Airport to outstation
Continuing straight from the airport? We run the same per-kilometre rate to Statue of Unity, Mount Abu and other Gujarat and Rajasthan destinations, with no need to change vehicles in the city.
Dropping you at the airport
Heading out on a flight? Tell us your flight time and we work backwards to a pickup time that gives you a comfortable buffer for check-in and security. Drivers know the terminal layout and drop-off points at SVPI, so you are not left circling for the right gate.
For a return flight, you can book the pickup for your arrival at the same time as the drop, so the whole trip is arranged in one call.
Group and family airport transfers
An Ertiga carries a family of up to six with luggage, and an Innova gives extra room for seven passengers plus bags — useful for a joint family arriving together. For larger groups, ask about a Tempo Traveller.
Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 pickups
SVPI airport has two terminals, and drivers confirm which one your flight uses before they head to the arrivals gate, so you are not searching for your car at the wrong building. Domestic and international arrivals both get the same flight-tracking and meet-and-greet service, at the same per-kilometre rate, whether you are flying in for business or landing back home after a holiday.
