How does flight tracking change your pickup?
We follow your flight's status using the flight number, and plan the driver's arrival at the terminal around the real landing time. You do not need to call us when the flight is late; the plan has already moved.

What should you send us?
The flight number and date are enough for tracking. Add the passenger's name and phone number, the terminal if you know it, and whether you want a name board at the exit.
If your flight changes completely, for example a cancellation and rebooking on a different flight, send us the new flight number so we track the right one.
Does tracking matter on departure drops?
Yes. If your departure is rescheduled, tell us the new time and we move the pickup. We also use your flight time to suggest when to leave, so you reach the terminal with time for check-in.
