Every unit has its own map of where staff live. A unit that hires locally draws most of its shift from Mandal and the villages around it; a unit with many engineers has a long Ahmedabad route; units that hire experienced operators often bring them from Viramgam, Kadi or Becharaji. So we never sell a fixed route. We take your staff list (kept confidential: only our office team and the driver on that route see it), group it by town, and design the routes from that.

Several towns below link to our pages for that town's staff routes. For daily routes to Vithalapur, everything comes together in one shift transport plan.

Pickup towns

Which towns, and how are their routes run?

Nine towns around the industrial area, plus Becharaji, where our branch is.

Not on the list? We provide vehicles for your requirement from any nearby village or town. The linked pages cover routes from those towns to the SMG plant area; the same team runs the Vithalapur routes.

Route sheet

What kind of route suits each group of staff?

The vehicle follows the headcount on the route, not the town.

Two kinds of route

How do short town routes differ from the Ahmedabad commute?

Short routes are about headcount and pickup points; the long Ahmedabad route is about time and comfort.

Short routes: Mandal, Sitapur, Dalod and nearby villages

Many staff, short distances, tight timings. These routes use the biggest vehicle the headcount fills, a Tempo Traveller or a bus from our own fleet, with fixed pickup points so the run reaches the gate before the shift starts. Staff who miss the vehicle can be picked up by a smaller car on the way, if your rules allow it.

When a short route has only three or four people, a sedan or an Ertiga does the job and costs less than a half-empty bus.

Long routes: Ahmedabad and Sanand

About 80 km and about 2 hours from Ahmedabad, so the morning run starts early and the evening run reaches home late. Managers and engineers on these routes usually travel in an Ertiga or an Innova Crysta, with pickups at agreed points in the city to keep the drive time down.

Some units instead give their Ahmedabad managers a weekly arrangement: an early Monday drive in and a Friday evening drive back, with a rented room near the unit in between. We run both.

Middle-distance towns such as Viramgam, Detroj and Kadi sit in between: enough staff for a Tempo Traveller on the main shift, and a smaller car for the night shift. Tell us the headcount by shift and town, and the route sheet follows from that.

Estimate sheet

What does a single trip from these towns cost?

For Mandal, Sitapur, Hansalpur, Viramgam, Detroj, Dalod, Kadi and Sanand, we confirm the kilometres and the fare when you call. Short runs cost the car's minimum fare: ₹1,000 in a sedan, ₹1,100 in an Ertiga, ₹1,500 in an Innova Crysta.

Route planning

How do you plan routes from the towns?

Five steps from your staff list to the first morning run.

  1. Send the staff list. Towns or addresses and shifts; seen only by our office team and the drivers.
  2. We group by town. Routes drawn by direction, with pickup points in each town.
  3. Vehicles and times. Vehicle per route and the start time for each shift.
  4. Monthly price. One price for all routes, in writing; per vehicle, not per head.
  5. First run and review. Trial period if you want one; routes adjusted after the first weeks.

Questions & answers

Staff pickup questions

From HR and admin teams.

Which towns do you pick staff up from for Vithalapur?

Mandal, Sitapur, Hansalpur, Viramgam, Detroj, Dalod, Kadi, Sanand, Ahmedabad and Becharaji, and any nearby village on request.

How far is Vithalapur from Ahmedabad and Becharaji?

About 80 km (about 2 hours) from Ahmedabad and about 25 km from Becharaji. Distances from the other towns are confirmed when we plan the route.

Do you pick up from home or from fixed points?

Small routes can go door to door; Tempo Traveller and bus routes use agreed pickup points in each town so the run keeps time.

Is our staff list kept private?

Yes. Staff names, numbers and addresses are seen only by our office team and the driver on that route, never shared or sold, and we sign your NDA.

What if a new joiner lives in a town not on any route?

Tell us before the cut-off time. We add a pickup point to the nearest route or send a car for that person.

How are daily routes billed?

As a monthly plan with one GST invoice, split by department or cost centre if you want; companies pay by bank transfer.
