How does an on-call car work near the SMG plant?
You call or WhatsApp Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels when someone at your unit needs a car, we send one from our Hansalpur Circle branch next to the SMG plant, and you pay for that trip only: ₹12, ₹13 or ₹18 per km by car type, with a minimum of ₹1,000, ₹1,100 or ₹1,500 per booking.
On-call suits units where car trips are irregular: some weeks there are five, some weeks none. A dedicated car would sit idle, and asking each employee to arrange a taxi means different rates and lost receipts. With an on-call arrangement, your admin team has one number, one rate card and one set of invoices, and we keep the car moving between other bookings when you do not need it.
Because we are not reserving a car only for you, give us as much notice as you can. A booking made the evening before is the surest; a same-hour request is handled whenever a car is free, and we tell you honestly if it is not.

What do companies use an on-call car for?
Short, unplanned trips that do not justify a car all day.

Do we pay anything when we do not use a car?
No. On-call means per trip: no retainer and no minimum number of trips.
How soon can a car come?
Our branch is at Hansalpur Circle, next to the plant, but we do not promise a fixed time: it depends on which car is free. Booking ahead is the surest way.
What is the smallest charge?
The minimum fare per booking: ₹1,000 in a sedan, ₹1,100 in an Ertiga, ₹1,500 in an Innova Crysta.
Can any employee book, or only admin?
Whoever your company authorises. Many units let employees book and copy the admin desk on WhatsApp.
Can the trips go on one monthly invoice?
Yes, for approved company accounts, with a credit period agreed per company.
