Can you handle transport for a plant visit near the SMG plant?
Yes. For a customer visit, an audit walk-through or a delegation at the SMG plant or a vendor unit, Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels picks visitors up at the airport, station or hotel, drops them at the gate and waits during the visit. Most visits are booked as a full day: ₹5,700 in an Innova Crysta for up to 300 km.
A visit is judged on small things: whether the car was at arrivals before the visitor walked out, whether the driver knew which gate the security team expected, whether the car was ready when the meeting overran. We cover those by agreeing a timed plan with your front office the day before and by sending the driver's name, phone and car number in advance, so your security desk can expect the car.

The car waits nearby. The first 30 minutes of waiting are free, then ₹100 an hour, or it is covered by a full-day booking.
Second site or lunch
A vendor unit, the Bahuchar Mata temple or a lunch place in Becharaji.
Back to the airport or hotel
Timed to the return flight, with tolls and parking at actual cost.

How is a visit booked and billed?
Per trip for a short visit, a full day when the car stays with the visitors.

Tolls, parking and the 20% night charge (10 PM–6 AM) extra. The ₹2,500 sedan airport fare is for drops from Becharaji to the airport.

Can visitors go to two different units on the same day?

The host company, with a GST invoice per trip or on its monthly account.
