What does a corporate invoice show?
The invoice covers each trip and its charges: the fare at the per-km rate or the fixed airport fare, the driver allowance on outstation days, and tolls, parking and state tax at actual cost. If your accounts team needs particular details, tell us and we confirm what the invoice can show.

Can you send one invoice for the whole month?
Yes, for approved company accounts. All trips in the month go on one consolidated invoice, payable by bank transfer, with a credit period agreed with your company.

What do you need to start invoicing your company?
Your company's legal name, billing address and GST number, and the name of the person who approves bookings. If your company has a vendor form, send it and we fill it in.
