Very small fixed runs, restricted sites, or a transport team that already works well.

Outsourcing is not always right. An own fleet can make sense for one or two fixed runs with a driver already on the payroll, for vehicles that must stay inside a restricted site, or where an existing transport team works well and change would cost more than it saves. Many companies mix both: own vehicles for a core movement and a vendor for shift routes, peaks and backups.
