What lowers the rate?
The more predictable the work, the lower the rate we can offer. A vehicle booked every day for a year costs us less to run than a one-off trip, and we pass part of that on.

How do you ask for a corporate rate?
Send the routes or pickup areas, shift times, headcount per shift, the vehicles you expect and how long you want the contract to run. We reply with a written quote per vehicle or as a fixed monthly package.

What about companies that book now and then?
Occasional company trips are charged at the published per-km rates, with the same 10% off for booking in advance that everyone gets, and a GST invoice for each trip. Once your bookings become regular, ask us to review the rate.
