How does a standing daily arrangement work?
You give us the roster once. We plan the routes, assign vehicles and drivers, and run them every working day without a fresh booking each morning. When something changes, you tell us before the day.

How is daily transport billed?
Either per kilometre at the published rates, totalled for your billing cycle, or as a fixed monthly package quoted for your routes and shifts. Approved company accounts get one consolidated monthly invoice and can pay by bank transfer.

Why keep the same driver on a route?
Staff see a familiar face, the driver learns the pickup points and timing, and mistakes drop. When the regular driver is away, a backup driver and car run the route, and the coordinator is told.
