How is a shift run planned?
Start from the time staff must be at the gate, take off the drive from the last pickup, then the time between each pickup, to get the first pickup time. Drops work forward from the shift end.

What if departments have different timings?
Each timing gets its own run, or a run is shared where two departments start close together. Tell us the timings per department and the headcount for each.

What if the shift chart changes?
Send the new chart ahead of the day it starts and we re-plan the runs and send the updated times to the coordinator.
