Can you transport trainee and apprentice batches?
Yes. We plan transport for each trainee or apprentice batch as its own roster: classroom days, line days and first shifts, with vehicles sized to the batch, from Ertigas for small groups to our own Tempo Travellers and buses for a full intake. The same safety steps and per-vehicle billing apply as for staff.
For many trainees this is the first time they travel to an industrial estate on a schedule. Clear instructions matter more than for experienced staff: where to stand, what the car looks like, who to call if it is late. Sending the driver's name, phone and car number before every pickup, and giving the batch one number for questions, removes most first-week problems.

Setup
How is transport for a new batch set up?
A week before the intake: list, areas, timings, vehicles and a briefing note for trainees.
- Share the batch list. Names, phone numbers and pickup areas, under your NDA.
- Share the timetable. Classroom and line days with timings.
- Plan vehicles. By batch size and areas.
- Brief the trainees. Pickup point, driver details, one number for questions.
- Review after week one. Fix pickups and timings from the trip report.

Yes, once they move to shift timings, if your company adds them to the roster.
Do you have vehicles for a batch of 30?
Yes, we run our own Tempo Travellers and buses; rates are quoted on call.
Can parents see where the vehicle is?
Live location can be shared during the trip with the trainee, who can share it further.
Is there a female driver option for women trainees?
Yes, female drivers are available on request.
How is it billed?
Per vehicle on a monthly GST invoice, which can be split to the training cost centre.
