Can executive travel be part of the transport contract?
Yes. Senior staff travel can sit in the same agreement as employee transport but be billed separately, so it does not mix with shift costs. Most companies choose the Innova Crysta (₹18/km) for executives and pay per trip, per full day (300 km minimum) or as a monthly package.
Separating executive travel matters more to finance than to the traveller. When directors' airport runs and full days in Ahmedabad sit on the same invoice as shift routes, the cost of shift transport looks higher than it is and the executive spend is hard to see. Splitting them on the invoice gives each its own budget line without a second vendor.
