Yes. The driver meets your guest at Ahmedabad Airport and the package starts there; the kilometres to the first meeting count towards it.
Is there a night charge on a 12-hour day?
Yes. Driving between 10 PM and 6 AM adds 20%. Days that start before 6 AM or end after 10 PM carry it for those hours.
What if the day goes out of the area?
A day that leaves the area, for example to Vadodara or Sanand for the day, is billed as an outstation trip: at least 300 km a day plus ₹300 a day driver allowance. Tell us the plan and we suggest the right option.
Do you give a GST invoice and monthly billing?
Yes. Every booking gets a GST invoice in your company's name; company accounts get a monthly invoice with a credit period agreed with the company.
