How does a weekly or monthly car work?

It starts with your working pattern.

Tell us the pattern. Area, start date, working days, daily hours, the usual kilometres and the car.
Get the quote. We send the price for the week or the month, with the agreed daily hours and kilometres.
Meet the driver. Before the first day we send the driver's name, phone number and car number.
Daily duty slips. Each day's kilometres and times go on the duty slip.
One monthly invoice. A GST invoice for the period, with any extra kilometres at the per-km rate.

Invoice: GST invoice in your company's name

How much is a monthly car with driver?

The price is on quote: it depends on the car, the working days and the daily hours and kilometres. Extra kilometres are ₹12 a km in a sedan, ₹13 in an Ertiga and ₹18 in an Innova Crysta.

Is it the same driver every day?

The same driver as far as possible; if he is absent, we send another driver or car.

What happens if the car breaks down?

We send another car so your people are not left without one.

Can we book for just one week?

Yes. Tell us the dates and the daily pattern, and we quote for the week.

How is a monthly car billed?

One GST invoice for the period, paid by bank transfer, with a credit period agreed with your company.

Can the car go out of town on some days?

Yes. Days out of the area are billed as outstation trips: at least 300 km a day plus ₹300 driver allowance.
