Yes. Tell us or the driver as soon as you know; we confirm whether the extra time is billed as extra hours (quoted on call) or as the 8 hours / 80 km package.
What if the day goes out of the area?
A day that leaves the area, for example a full day out to Mehsana or Vadodara, is billed as an outstation trip: at least 300 km a day plus ₹300 a day driver allowance. Tell us the plan and we suggest the right option.
Do you give a GST invoice and monthly billing?
Yes. Every booking gets a GST invoice in your company's name; company accounts get a monthly invoice with a credit period agreed with the company.
