SHIV SHAKTITOURS & TRAVELS

Customer question · Corporate transport decisions

Should we renew, renegotiate or retender transport?

Short answer

Depends on service, terms and how much the scope changed.

Renew when service and cost are right and changes are small. Renegotiate when the service is good but terms or scope need updating. Retender when service problems repeat or the scope has changed a lot; a retender can include the current vendor. Watch the switching cost and handover risk.
