SHIV SHAKTITOURS & TRAVELS

Customer question · Safety & tracking

How do you prevent unauthorized changes to assigned trips?

Short answer

Only the office approves changes, and GPS shows any change.

At Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels, drivers may not change an assigned trip, including its route, stops, timing or passengers, without approval from our office, and the office only changes a company trip on the say-so of your coordinator. Every car is GPS-tracked, so a detour or an unplanned stop shows up in the trip record and is taken up with the driver.

The GPS trip history shows the actual route and every stop. With your portal login you can check any trip, and anything odd we find is raised with the driver.

See the GPS portal.

Who can change a trip on our side?

The people you name: usually one coordinator, plus shift supervisors if you want. Tell us at onboarding, and we will not act on change requests from anyone else.
