Why are tolls and parking kept separate?
Because they change with the route and the day, and we do not want to guess. Keeping them separate means you pay exactly what was charged on your trip, not a fixed amount rounded up to be safe.
A route with no tolls costs you nothing extra; a highway trip pays the plazas on the way. Parking depends on where the car waits: an airport, a station, a hospital or a temple car park.
When does state tax apply?
State tax applies when a Gujarat taxi enters another state, such as Rajasthan for Udaipur, Mount Abu, Nathdwara or Jaipur. It is paid at the actual amount and shown separately.

Yes, roughly. When you book an outstation trip, ask us and we tell you whether the route has tolls and whether state tax applies, so there are no surprises. The exact amounts are what is paid on the day.

How do extras appear for company billing?
Tolls, parking and state tax are charged at the actual amount and shown on the invoice with the trip, so your accounts team can check them. A GST invoice is available on every trip.
