What does it add on a typical trip?
Count the days the car is with you and add ₹300 for each. On outstation round trips, each day also counts at least 300 km. These sedan examples show the full working.

What is the driver allowance for?
It covers the driver's meals and expenses while away from base on an outstation trip. Keeping it as a fixed ₹300 a day means you know the amount in advance and it is the same on every trip.
When you book a multi-day trip, ask us how the driver's night stay is arranged for your plan, so it is agreed before you travel.
Is it charged on one-way drops?
The allowance applies to outstation trips. On a one-way drop, ask for the full fare when you book and we include everything that applies, so the quote is the fare you pay, plus tolls and parking.
A one-way drop is charged for one side only and saves 40–50% over a round trip. See one way and round trip.
How does it appear on company invoices?
As part of the trip's charges on the invoice, so your accounts team can see it. Companies booking regular outstation travel get a GST invoice, and approved accounts can get a monthly consolidated invoice.
