Can you transport a project or commissioning team?
Yes. We carry project, construction and commissioning teams between SVPI Airport, their hotels in Ahmedabad or Sanand and the site, for the length of the project, with vehicles from sedans to buses and a monthly invoice that can go to the project's cost centre.
Large new sites in the Sanand area, such as the semiconductor plant being built in the GIDC estate, go through a long phase before regular shifts exist. During that phase the transport need is irregular: people arrive and leave on different flights, site hours stretch late, and the headcount changes every week. A contract built around a weekly roster and a project cost centre handles that better than ad hoc bookings.

Four kinds of run, each with its own rhythm.

Can a car stay at the site all day?
Yes, a stationed car on a monthly package, or full-day hire on the 300 km minimum.
What if the team size changes every week?
Send the change before your cut-off; vehicles are adjusted for the next day.
Can the invoice go to the project rather than the plant?
Yes, invoices can be split by plant, department or cost centre.
Do you name the companies whose projects you serve?
No. We never name a company as a client without its approval.
