Can you station a car at our plant?
Yes. We can keep a car and driver at your Sanand unit for set hours, for errands, visitors, document runs and urgent trips, on a fixed monthly package quoted for your hours and kilometres. If the car breaks down or the driver is absent, a backup is sent.
A stationed car is not the same as a monthly car for one manager. It belongs to the plant, not to a person: the admin desk decides each run, a log shows what it did, and the cost sits on one cost centre. That makes it useful for the dozens of small trips that otherwise turn into reimbursements, borrowed personal cars or a ₹1,000 minimum fare for a ten-minute run.

What does a stationed car cost?
It is a monthly package, quoted for your hours, days and expected kilometres.
Can the car go outside Sanand?
Yes. Trips beyond the package follow the published rates; outstation days use the 300 km minimum and ₹300 driver allowance.
Who decides where the car goes?
Your admin desk. Drivers do not change trips without approval, and the GPS record shows every run.
What if the driver is absent?
A replacement driver or backup car is sent.
Can we have an electric car?
CNG or electric cars are available on request, with the rate quoted in the package.
