About Sidi Saiyyed Mosque
Sidi Saiyyed Mosque was built in 1572–73 and is best known for its ten carved stone jali (latticework) windows. The "tree of life" jali is the most famous of these and has become a visual symbol of Ahmedabad, used in IIM Ahmedabad’s own logo.
