Can you transport trainee batches to units near the SMG plant?
Yes. Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels plans transport for each trainee or apprentice batch as its own roster: from hostels, rented rooms or nearby towns to the training block or the gate, first on classroom timings and then on shift timings. Vehicles range from Ertigas to our own Tempo Travellers and buses, billed per vehicle each month.
For many trainees this is the first job and the first time living away from home. Clear instructions do more than anything else: where to stand, which vehicle to look for, whom to call if it is late. We send the vehicle number and driver details to the batch coordinator before the first day, and the coordinator shares them with the batch.
Trainees often stay together in a hostel or a few rented houses, which makes a batch route efficient: one or two stops instead of twenty. When the batch moves to line training and splits across shifts, the roster changes with it.

Yes, we run our own Tempo Travellers and buses; rates are quoted on call.
Can parents see where the vehicle is?
Live location can be shared during the trip with the trainee or the coordinator, who can share it further.
Are female drivers available for women trainees?
Yes, female drivers are available on request.
Can the training cost centre get its own invoice?
Yes, invoices can be split by department or cost centre.
