Short answer
Can we try your transport before signing a contract?
Yes. A trial or pilot period is possible: we run one route or one shift for your Sanand unit at the same rates and terms a contract would have, with GPS tracking and a daily trip report, and you decide on the rest afterwards. No advance or deposit is needed.
Choose the pilot route with care. The easiest daytime route proves very little. A route with scattered pickups, a night drop or a gate with strict security shows how a vendor handles the things that actually go wrong, and gives your coordinator a realistic picture of the daily calls and roster changes the full service will involve.
Judging the pilot
What should you measure during a pilot?
Agree the measures before day one, so the result is not a matter of opinion.
| Measure | Where to find it | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Pickups on time | GPS trip history | The core of any transport service |
| Shift reached on time | GPS arrival at the gate | What production cares about |
| Driver conduct | Employee feedback | What employees care about |
| Changes handled | Your coordinator's notes | Real rosters change daily |
| Reports and invoice | Daily email, first invoice | What finance will live with |
Pilot plan
How does a pilot route run?
Choose a representative route, agree the measures, run it for an agreed period, then review together.
- Pick the route. Choose a typical one, not the easiest; a night route tells you most.
- Agree measures and length. What will count as success, and for how long.
- Run it. Driver details before each trip, GPS on every car, daily report.
- Review. Go through the trip history, feedback and first invoice together.
- Decide. Extend to all routes, adjust, or stop.

Questions & answers
Pilot route questions
Asked before the first trial trip.
How long should a pilot run?
Long enough to cover a full roster cycle, including night shifts if you have them. The length is agreed with you.
Do pilots cost more?
No. The same rates and terms apply as for a contract.
Can the pilot run alongside our current vendor?
Yes. Many companies test one route while the current vendor runs the rest.
Do we need to sign anything for a pilot?
A simple written confirmation of the route, timings and rates; your NDA if employee data is shared.
