Can one contract cover our Sanand plant and other sites?
Yes. One agreement can cover a Sanand unit together with sites near Becharaji, offices in Ahmedabad and locations elsewhere in Gujarat, with a schedule per site, one named coordinator for large accounts, and invoices split by plant, department, branch or cost centre.
Running a different transport vendor at each site means different rates, different reports and different standards for the same company. One agreement with a schedule per site keeps each plant's routes and costs separate on the invoice, while safety rules, data handling and reporting stay the same everywhere, and shuttles between the sites sit naturally in the same contract.

Where are your bases?
Our branch is at Hansalpur Circle, Becharaji, near the SMG plant, our head office is in Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad, and some cars are based near Sanand.
Can each site have different rates?
Yes. Each site has its own schedule in the agreement.
Can invoices go to each site separately?

Do you cover sites outside Gujarat?
Trips run across Gujarat and Rajasthan.
Does volume across sites lower the rate?
Yes. Long contracts and many vehicles get better rates, quoted per company.
