How are outstation trips from the SMG plant charged?
Per kilometre with a minimum of 300 km a day, plus a ₹300 daily driver allowance: ₹12/km in a sedan, ₹13 in an Ertiga, ₹18 in an Innova Crysta. Tolls, parking and state tax are extra. A two-day trip from the plant to Udaipur and back, about 620 km, is about ₹8,040 in a sedan.
Outstation is where a car with a driver beats a train or bus for a business team: the team leaves from the plant gate, stops at two or three sites on the way, and comes back the same night or the next day without changing vehicles. The driver stays with the car; you do not need to arrange a second taxi at the other end.
For billing, the trip is closed on the kilometres driven, which the GPS record shows, with tolls and parking added at actual cost. Your finance team gets one GST invoice with the dates, the route and the kilometres.

First supplier visit
The car waits; a stop for lunch on the way to the second site.

The car and driver stay with the team for the trip; ₹300 driver allowance per day.

Trip closed on the GPS kilometres, tolls added at actual cost.
