What happens, step by step?
The aim is to get you moving again safely and quickly, and to keep you informed throughout.
- Safety: the driver stops in a safe place; passengers wait away from traffic.
- Call: the driver or you call +91 99745 30788.
- Locate: we see where the car is on GPS.
- Backup car: we send the nearest suitable car.
- Details: you get the new driver's name, phone number and car number.
- Continue: the trip continues to your destination.
How long does a backup car take?
It depends on where the breakdown is and where the nearest free car is. On routes near our bases in Becharaji and Ahmedabad it is quicker than on a long highway trip far from either base. We tell you honestly how long it will be.
For flights and shifts with fixed times, tell us the deadline on the call so we can plan the fastest option.
How are companies kept informed?
For staff and guest transport, we inform the company coordinator about a breakdown and the replacement, so the plant or office knows if anyone will be late.
Companies can discuss backup arrangements for critical shifts when setting up a contract. See replacement vehicles.
