How does the driver find your door?

Give the full address with a landmark when you book, or send a WhatsApp location pin. The driver gets your number too and can call you a few minutes before arriving.

• Villages: name a temple, school or shop near your house; addresses are hard to find without one.
• Housing societies: give the society name, the wing or block and the gate number.
• Plants and industrial areas: name the gate. We serve every gate of the SMG (Maruti Suzuki) plant at Hansalpur.
• Hospitals and hotels: say which entrance, so the car waits at the right door.

Does a doorstep pickup cost extra?

No. There is no separate doorstep charge. The fare is the per-km rate times the distance, from your pickup to your drop, with a ₹1,000 minimum per booking and tolls, parking and state tax extra at actual cost.

If you are not ready when the car arrives, the first 30 minutes of waiting are free, then ₹100 an hour. Parking charges at an airport, station or hospital are paid at actual cost.

What about elderly passengers and luggage?

Tell us when you book if a passenger needs extra time or help getting in, or if you have heavy luggage. We plan the right car: an Ertiga or Innova Crysta has more space than a sedan.

How do you make doorstep pickups safe?

You know who is coming before the car arrives: we send the driver's name, phone number and car number. Every car is GPS-tracked, and the car's live location can be shared with you or your family during the trip.

For late-night drops, female drivers are available on request.
