What happens when you add a new joiner?

It takes one message.

1. Tell us: name, start date, home area and shift.
2. We place them: on the nearest route with a seat, or a new pickup point.
3. We confirm: the pickup point and time to the coordinator.
4. Day one: the new joiner is picked up with everyone else.

What if the route is already full?

We suggest a bigger vehicle on that route or a second, small vehicle, and tell you what it changes in cost before it starts.

How does it affect a monthly package?

On a per-km arrangement, you simply pay for the trips run. On a fixed monthly package, ask us how added passengers are handled when we quote, so the rule is agreed in advance.
