Is your chosen type always available?

Usually, when you book ahead. Sedans are the most common, so an Ertiga or Innova Crysta is easier to get with notice, especially on Navratri, Poonam, Diwali week and wedding dates.

Can a company use different types on different routes?

Yes. Companies often run buses or Tempo Travellers on busy shift routes, Ertigas on smaller routes, sedans for supervisors and an Innova Crysta for visitors, all through one vendor and one invoice.
