Tolls, parking and state tax are extra at actual cost. Driver allowance is ₹300/day on outstation trips, and night travel (10 PM to 6 AM) is 20% extra. The first 30 minutes of waiting are free, then ₹100/hour. No advance payment is needed: pay by cash or UPI. Booking in advance gets a 10% discount. Free cancellation up to 8 hours before pickup.

How monthly billing actually works
There is no separate flat monthly package — billing is per kilometre on actuals, the same rate as any other Shiv Shakti trip. What changes for a monthly arrangement is that we assign a fixed car and, wherever possible, a fixed driver for the full month, rather than a different car each time.

How to book
Call or WhatsApp us with your pickup address, drop point, date and time. Tell us the car you want (sedan, Ertiga or Innova) and whether it is a one-way ride or a full-day hire. We confirm the driver, car number and fare before pickup, and the same driver stays with you for a full-day booking.
Pay the driver directly in cash or UPI at the end of the trip. There is no advance payment, no booking fee, and no surge pricing at busy times — the per-kilometre rate stays the same day or night.
Safety and comfort
Every car in our fleet carries GPS tracking, so your trip can be followed in real time and drivers are accountable for the route taken. Cars are cleaned and checked before each booking, and drivers carry at least 5 years of driving experience.
If your plan changes after booking — a later pickup time, an extra stop, or a different drop address — just call or message the number you booked with and we adjust the trip.
Choosing a car for a local ride
For a solo or two-passenger city ride, a sedan (Swift Dzire) is the quickest and most economical option. Families of four to six, or anyone carrying more luggage across town, usually pick the Ertiga. For a full-day hire with several stops, or when comfort matters more than the last rupee saved, the Innova is the popular choice. Whichever car you pick, the per-kilometre rate and terms stay the same across every trip.
