Tolls, parking and state tax are extra at actual cost. Driver allowance is ₹300/day on outstation trips, and night travel (10 PM to 6 AM) is 20% extra. The first 30 minutes of waiting are free, then ₹100/hour. No advance payment is needed: pay by cash or UPI. Booking in advance gets a 10% discount. Free cancellation up to 8 hours before pickup.

Setting up a regular run
Share your office address, the drop points for each employee, and the shift start and end times. We assign a fixed driver and car wherever possible, so your team travels with a familiar face every day. If a shift time changes or an employee is added or dropped, just call or WhatsApp us and we adjust the run from the next trip.

Fleet for company travel
A sedan suits a single employee or a two-person pickup; an Ertiga carries small teams of up to six; and for a larger group commute, our Innova or a Tempo Traveller can be arranged on request. Every car carries GPS tracking, so your admin team can confirm pickup and drop times if needed.
