When is a phone call better than WhatsApp?
Call when the trip is soon, when the route needs explaining, or when you want an answer straight away. WhatsApp is better when you want the details in writing or when you are booking a few days ahead.

What should you have ready before you call?
Have the pickup address with a landmark, the drop and any stops, the date and time, and how many people and bags are travelling. With these, one call is enough to confirm the car and the fare.
- Pickup point: a landmark helps, especially in villages and large industrial areas such as the plants around Hansalpur.
- Trip type: one way or return. A one-way drop saves 40–50% because you pay for one side only.
- Group size and luggage: a sedan seats 4, an Ertiga 6 and an Innova Crysta 7. For a bigger group we arrange a Tempo Traveller or bus.
- Flight or train time: for airport and station trips, so we can plan the pickup time.
What happens on the call?
We ask for the trip details, tell you the car and the fare, and note any stops or waiting. If you want it in writing, we send the confirmation to the same number on WhatsApp.
The fare is the per-km rate times the estimated distance: ₹12/km for a Swift Dzire sedan, ₹13/km for an Ertiga and ₹18/km for an Innova Crysta. Tolls, parking and state tax are extra at actual cost, and trips between 10 PM and 6 AM carry a 20% night charge. Waiting is free for the first 30 minutes, then ₹100 an hour.
For example, Becharaji to Ahmedabad is 100 km, so a one-way sedan costs about ₹1,200. You can check any route on our route guides before you call.
What if the call is not answered?
Calls are answered around the clock, but if the line is busy, send a WhatsApp message to the same number with your trip and we call you back. A message also gives you the booking in writing.
