How quickly can a cab reach you?
It depends on where the nearest free car is and on city traffic at that hour. When you call, we tell you which car is coming and the driver's number, so you can follow its progress directly with the driver.
We do not promise a fixed number of minutes, because traffic on SG Highway at 6 PM is not the same as the old city at 6 AM. If your timing is tight, for a train or a flight, tell us the departure time on the call so we can say honestly whether we can make it.
How can you get a car faster?
Call instead of messaging, give an exact pickup point with a landmark, and accept any car type. These three things save the most time on a short-notice booking.
- Call, don't message: a call is answered straight away at any hour.
- Send a location pin: after the call, share your location on WhatsApp so the driver drives straight to you.
- Be flexible on the car: a sedan is usually the closest; an Ertiga or Innova Crysta may be further away.
- Wait at a gate the driver can reach: in a society or office complex, say which gate.
Does a last-minute cab cost more?
No. There is no surcharge for short notice. You pay the same per-km rate as on a ride booked days ahead; you only miss the 10% advance-booking discount.

When should you book ahead instead?
Book ahead for early flights, festival days, weddings and any trip that needs an Ertiga, Innova Crysta, Tempo Traveller or several cars. On those days a car may not be free at short notice.
