Rates for agency bookings
We bill agency bookings on the same published rates as any other trip, so there is no separate mark-up to negotiate — you know the cost before you quote your client, and can build your own margin on top with confidence.

Outstation trips are billed for a 300 km/day minimum with a ₹300/day driver allowance; tolls, parking and state tax are extra at actual cost. Becharaji to Ahmedabad Airport (SVPI) is a fixed ₹2,500 fare with flight tracking. GST invoices are issued for every booking.

Fleet, drivers & safety
Every vehicle carries GPS tracking, which also gives you visibility into your client's trip if you need to check on it. Drivers carry at least 5 years of driving experience and know the plant, temple and highway routes across the Becharaji–Ahmedabad corridor and beyond. Cars are checked before each booking, and if a client's plan changes mid-trip — an extra stop, a later pickup, a change of hotel — a call to the driver or to us adjusts it without needing to go back through a separate booking process.
