Corporate daily commute, staff pickup and drop

Who this is for

This is for a company, not an individual traveller: an HR or admin team that needs the same staff picked up and dropped every working day, rather than booking a one-off cab each time. It fits two common cases around here — a company with staff living in Ahmedabad, Mehsana or nearby towns who commute daily to the Maruti Suzuki, Honda or TDSG plants in the Becharaji-Hansalpur belt, and a Becharaji-based company whose staff travel out to Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar for meetings on a regular schedule.

We already run plant-shift pickups from our Hansalpur Circle branch, so this is an extension of work we do daily, set up as a standing arrangement instead of a fresh booking each morning. Most companies that set this up have between two and twenty staff on the same route, though the arrangement works for a single regular traveller too — the billing and driver-continuity approach stays the same either way.

How the standing arrangement works

You give us the pickup points, drop point and shift timings once. Where the same route repeats daily, we try to keep the same driver and car assigned, so your staff see a familiar face rather than a different driver every day.

Billing: per km, with a GST invoice

There is no separate flat monthly package: daily commute is billed the same way as any other trip, at our per-km rate, and totalled for your billing cycle. Share your shift roster and pickup points and we can work out an estimated monthly figure together before you commit to anything.

• Pay by cash or UPI; no advance is needed to start.
• Driving between 10 PM and 6 AM adds the standard 20% night charge, which matters for night-shift pickups.
• Tolls, parking and state tax are extra, at actuals.

Shift timings we cover

Plants around Becharaji run staff across day, evening and night shifts, and we're open 24 hours to match. A night pickup or drop is treated the same as any other trip, just with the standard night charge applied for the 10 PM to 6 AM window.

Choosing a vehicle for your team

A sedan or Ertiga covers most individual and small-group staff pickups. For a larger team moving on the same shift, a Tempo Traveller or bus is usually more practical than several cars.

How to set it up

1. Share your roster. Pickup points, drop point, shift timings and how many staff.
2. We confirm the cars. Based on group size and route, and give you an estimated per-trip and monthly figure.
3. Start the routine. We assign drivers to the route and begin daily pickups; billing runs on your chosen cycle with a GST invoice.
