On leave days or a breakdown, a replacement driver or backup car is sent. ### What happens if the car breaks down? A backup car is sent; it typically reaches within about an hour. The backup plan for your unit is agreed when the plan starts. ### Can the car do night duty? Yes. Trips between 10 PM and 6 AM carry the 20% night charge, which is built into the quote if you tell us the night duty up front. ### How is it billed? One monthly GST invoice, paid by bank transfer, with a credit period agreed for approved companies. Invoices can list every trip and be split by department or cost centre. ### Can we try it before signing a contract? Yes.
