Agent rates are given on request; we work white-label (your name on the board, no contact with your customers); tours are billed at 300 km a day minimum plus ₹300 a day driver allowance; the agency or hotel arranges the driver's night stay; and agencies pay by bank transfer, UPI or cash after the trip, or on a monthly invoice with credit. Agencies get agent rates below our public rates, given on request by call or WhatsApp. **What are your public rates?** Sedan (Swift Dzire) ₹12/km, Ertiga ₹13/km, Innova Crysta ₹18/km. Tempo Travellers and buses are quoted on call. **How are multi-day tours charged?** Kilometres or 300 km a day, whichever is more, times the rate, plus ₹300 a day driver allowance. **What is extra?** Tolls, parking and state tax at actual cost, 20% for driving between 10 PM and 6 AM, and the driver's night stay. **How do agencies pay?** Bank transfer, UPI or cash after the trip. Regular agencies get a monthly invoice with a credit period agreed with them. **Do you need an advance?** Not for transfers and short trips. A part-advance may be agreed for long multi-day tours. **Do you accept cards?** No: bank transfer, UPI or cash. **Do you give a GST invoice?** Yes, in your agency's name, on every trip. White-label ## White-label and your customers How we protect your relationship with your guests. **Do you work white-label?** Yes. The name board shows your agency's name and the driver does not hand out our number or card. **Will you ever contact our customers?** No. We never contact or sell to an agency's customers, during or after the trip. **Who receives the driver's details?** Your agency, before the pickup: the driver's name, phone number and car number. **Can we track the car?** Yes. Every car is GPS-tracked, and we can share the live location with you. The driver on tour ## The driver on tour What the driver needs, and what he does. **Who arranges the driver's night stay?** Your agency or the guests' hotel. The ₹300 a day allowance covers his food. **Is it the same driver for the whole tour?** Yes, one driver and one car; if the car breaks down, we send another. **Which languages do the drivers speak?** Gujarati and Hindi. Tell us if your guests need English. **Is the driver a guide?** No. He knows the routes, stops and timings, but he is not a licensed guide.
