Timing, crowds and the needs of older pilgrims. - Darshan and aarti times fix the day: temples close for part of the afternoon, and the morning and evening aartis draw the crowds. The driver plans the drives between them. - Festival days (Janmashtami, Shravan, Navratri, full moons) bring very large crowds and road closures; add time, or choose other dates. - Early starts: pilgrims often want the first aarti; early starts before 6 AM add the 20% night charge for those hours. - Older pilgrims: tell us about wheelchairs or walking difficulty. We do not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, but drivers help with boarding and luggage. - Dress and food: the driver knows where to stop for pure vegetarian meals on the way.
