# Inter-plant shuttle: your sites on a timetable

When a company has a plant in Sanand and another site in Becharaji, an Ahmedabad office or a nearby estate, people and papers move between them every day. Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels can run a scheduled shuttle on fixed timings, under the same contract and monthly invoice as your staff transport.

## Can you run a scheduled shuttle between our plants?

Yes. We run scheduled shuttles between a Sanand GIDC unit and a company's other sites, such as a plant near Becharaji (about 90 km), an Ahmedabad office (about 21 km to the city's edge) or Gandhinagar (about 50 km), on fixed timings, with a vehicle sized to the load and a monthly invoice.

A shuttle replaces a lot of individual bookings: engineers going to the other plant for a trial, quality staff carrying samples, managers attending a weekly review. Once those trips run on a timetable, people plan around it, the empty-seat problem of separate cars disappears, and the cost becomes one predictable line on the invoice.

## Which shuttle patterns do companies use?

Three patterns cover most needs.

## How is a shuttle set up?

Agree the sites, timetable and load, then run it for a trial month and adjust.

- **List the sites and gates.** Where the shuttle stops at each end.
- **Set the timetable.** Departure times from each site.
- **Size the vehicle.** By the usual number of passengers and any parcels.
- **Agree the package.** A price for the timetable, in writing.
- **Review after a month.** Adjust times and vehicle from the trip records.

### Can the shuttle carry documents and samples too?

Yes. Document and parcel runs for companies are part of what we do.

### What if nobody travels on a run?

The package pays for the timetable; review the trip records monthly and drop runs that are not used.

### Can the shuttle stop at a third site on the way?

Yes, if it is on or near the route; add it to the timetable.

### Is the Sanand to Becharaji shuttle an outstation trip?

A daily return to Becharaji is usually priced in the shuttle package; one-off full days use the 300 km minimum.

### Can the shuttle run at night?

Yes. Runs starting between 10 PM and 6 AM carry the 20% night charge or are built into the package.
