Employee names, numbers and addresses are seen only by our office team and the driver on that employee's route, and are never shared with or sold to third parties. A roster with names, phone numbers, home pickup points and shift times tells anyone who holds it where a person will be standing, alone, at 5 AM. That is why we limit it to the people who need it to run the trip, and why we ask for your NDA before the roster rather than after. ## Which employee data do you hold, and who sees it? Yes. We sign the company's NDA or confidentiality clause. ### Will a driver keep employees' numbers after leaving your route? Drivers see only the details of their own route. If you need a specific rule for numbers after reassignment, write it into the agreement. ### How long do you keep trip records? For the period your company sets in the agreement. ### Can you delete our data when the contract ends? Deletion on request is not a standard commitment; tell us your requirement and we confirm what we can sign. ### Do you share data with apps or aggregators?
