Yes. Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels plans transport for each trainee or apprentice batch as its own roster: from hostels, rented rooms or nearby towns to the training block or the gate, first on classroom timings and then on shift timings. Clear instructions do more than anything else: where to stand, which vehicle to look for, whom to call if it is late. We send the vehicle number and driver details to the batch coordinator before the first day, and the coordinator shares them with the batch. Trainees often stay together in a hostel or a few rented houses, which makes a batch route efficient: one or two stops instead of twenty. When the batch moves to line training and splits across shifts, the roster changes with it. ## How does transport change over a training programme?
