# Plant visit transport, from arrival to the last handshake When a customer, a delegation or a group of engineers comes to see your unit near the SMG plant, the visit starts with the pickup. Yes. For a customer visit, an audit walk-through or a delegation at the SMG plant or a vendor unit, Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels picks visitors up at the airport, station or hotel, drops them at the gate and waits during the visit. Most visits are booked as a full day: ₹5,700 in an Innova Crysta for up to 300 km. - **Full day**: Up to 300 km, driver allowance included - **₹5,700**: Innova Crysta for the day - **Gate**: Dropped at the right one - **24/7**: Early flights, late returns A visit is judged on small things: whether the car was at arrivals before the visitor walked out, whether the driver knew which gate the security team expected, whether the car was ready when the meeting overran. We cover those by agreeing a timed plan with your front office the day before and by sending the driver's name, phone and car number in advance, so your security desk can expect the car. ## What does a typical visit day look like? An example for one guest flying into Ahmedabad for a morning visit; your timings decide the real plan. - **06:30, Pickup at Ahmedabad Airport**: The driver tracks the flight and waits at arrivals with a name board on request. - **07:15, Breakfast stop on the way**: If the guest wants one; tell us in advance and we plan it into the timing. - **09:15, Drop at the plant gate**: At the gate your security team expects, with the driver's details already shared. - **09:30, Visit and meetings**: The car waits nearby. The first 30 minutes of waiting are free, then ₹100 an hour, or it is covered by a full-day booking. - **14:00, Second site or lunch**: A vendor unit, the Bahuchar Mata temple or a lunch place in Becharaji. - **16:30, Back to the airport or hotel**: Timed to the return flight, with tolls and parking at actual cost. Yes, the driver's name, phone and car number are sent before pickup so your security desk can expect the car. ### Can visitors go to two different units on the same day? Yes. Add the second site to the plan; with a full-day car the moves between sites are included up to 300 km. ### Is there a name board at the airport? Yes, the driver can meet guests at arrivals with a name board on request. ### Who gets the invoice?
