# The right gate, the first time The SMG plant and the units around it have several gates, and visitors often do not know which one their pass names. Send the gate as written on the visitor pass or the unit's name, a nearby landmark, the traveller's name and phone, and, if you can, a WhatsApp location pin. Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels serves every gate of the SMG plant and the vendor units around it, and the driver calls the traveller on arrival. - **Every**: Gate served - **5**: Details to send - **Call**: On arrival - **Pin**: Removes doubt Most wrong-gate problems come from one of two things: the visitor pass names a gate the visitor does not mention, or the booking says "SMG plant" when the meeting is at a vendor unit next to it. Both are solved by sending the pass details and the unit name. We do not publish a map of the plant's gates, because gate arrangements are the plant's own and can change; the people at your unit always know the current one. ## What should every pickup request include? Five details, in this order. - **Gate or unit.** As on the visitor pass, or the unit name. - **Landmark.** The nearest thing the driver can see. - **Contact.** Traveller's name and phone. - **Location pin.** A WhatsApp pin if you can. - **Time at the gate.** When the traveller will be outside. ## Can I write the pickup message here? Yes. Put the gate and landmark in the pickup field, then attach a location pin in WhatsApp. ## Gate and pickup questions From security desks and visitors. ### Can the car enter the plant? That depends on the plant's security rules; normally the car waits at the gate. Ask your security team. ### Will the driver call before arriving? Yes, the driver calls the traveller on arrival; his name and number are sent in advance. ### What if the visitor goes to a different gate? Call us or the driver; he moves to the right gate. ### Can you pick up from inside a vendor unit's compound?
