Approved companies near the SMG plant get one monthly GST invoice from Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels listing every trip (date, route, kilometres, car), a monthly km and trip summary, and a split by plant, department, branch or cost centre. If a trip record or an employee's details are wrong, we correct them and resend the corrected record. We do not publish a standard credit period because it is agreed with each company.
