As a monthly package for the route, the vehicle and the shifts; packages are quoted per company. ### Is it charged per employee? No, per vehicle. A lower attendance day does not change the bill. ### What if a vehicle breaks down? We send a backup car; for a plant shift it typically arrives within about an hour, under a backup plan agreed in advance. ### How do we add or remove staff? Tell us before the cut-off time you set; the route is updated from the next run. ### Can you share where the vehicle is? Yes.
