# How are rates handled at contract renewal?

**Short answer:** Fixed during the term, revised at renewal.

Our rates stay **fixed for the agreed contract term**, even if diesel or CNG prices change, and are **revised at renewal**. Renewal is when three things are agreed: the **pricing model**, the **rates for the new term**, and whether a **longer term or more vehicles** earns a better rate (quoted per company).
