# How do shift vehicles get through our plant's security gate?

**Short answer:** Vehicle and driver list first; ID cards and papers at the gate.

Before the first trip we send your coordinator the list of vehicles and drivers (vehicle numbers, driver names and phone numbers), and we update it whenever a vehicle or driver changes. At the gate, drivers show their ID card, the vehicle can carry your company's name, and RC, insurance, permit, fitness and PUC papers can be shown on request. We follow the gate rules your security team sets.

## Which gate do vehicles use?

The gate and drop point are agreed in the route plan; plants with several gates get runs to each gate needed.
